Jeff Howard July 31, 2019

While the Bay Area produces some of the finest wines in the world, it is hard to ignore the multitude of craft breweries in San Francisco. No matter which neighborhood you live in, The City has an abundance of wonderful venues to crack open a cold one with your friends. Luckily, we’ve compiled a list of each brewery located in the wonderful city of San Francisco.

Anchor Public Taps

San Francisco’s oldest brewery is undoubtedly Anchor Brewing Company in Potrero Hill. Founded in 1896, Anchor is one of the only “steam brewing” operations still producing beer. You can enjoy tours of the historic brewery as well as tastings at various locations.
