New Restaurant in Mid-Market: Sunday at the Museum

April 11, 2018

Looking to grab a bite somewhere inspiring? The Asian Art Museum, which features more than 18,000 works of art, recently re-opened their café but this time the restaurant features a cool collaboration between Boba Guys and Sunday Bird. Yep, the same Boba Guys that offers delicious milk tea drinks with tasty tapioca balls (you might’ve seen the long lines on Valencia & 18th). Sunday Bird is by renowned chef Deuki Hong who has relocated to San Francisco after spending some time gracing kitchens in New York.

Sunday Bird is known for their mouthwatering Korean fried chicken, something we’re all looking forward to in the Mid-Market neighborhood. The two have teamed up to bring us Sunday at the Museum, open from Tuesday through Sunday. Think of it as an awesome Korean restaurant with delicious boba drinks. The menu includes noodle plates, sandwiches on bao buns, and rotating ice cream from Mission’s Garden Creamery.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to dine at the restaurant? Nope! Stop by any time from Tuesday through Sunday.
